Comp ID: 9572 Desc: customer states, that the out of office message currently also ends conversations when handed over to human agent during the closing times. This inhibits the closing of tickets already being handled by the human agents.

I would like to automatically crawl my URL's in the Web Crawler every X time, instead of having to manually select 'Crawl' to recrawl my URL's

To manage profile and company knowledge setup, instructions an action can be quite a bit of work when you start with the software. An agent that can help setup everything based on some simple questions would be a big help. With multiple agents active, that would be a big help in keeping consistency as well. A good first step is to provide a huge library of building blocks for prompts.

We would like to be able to add a document as input to the AI, and receive a similar file as output from the AI. In our case this would be translating the document, based on the domain knowledge in Pulse, so that it will use our professional jargon.

Via Handoff you only want to be able to handoff when there are users available. If there are no users available (offline), then it should automatically not forward the conversation anymore.

It is helpful when you can search in the document scraper.
