The possibility to change the volume of the notifications
Currently you can only turn the sound notification on. It would be nice to also be able to decide the volume of incoming notification in the notification settings.

Receive a notification when a conversation is handed off from a team/agent to another team/agent

The ability to permanently delete agents by ourself
At this moment, you can only deactivate agents and you have to submit a support request to permanently delete an agent. We would like to have the ability to delete them by ourselves.

As an admin I want to be able to set agents offline (unavailable)
Sometimes agents seem to be Online while they are away or not working. As an admin I want to be able to change their status to "Away" so that they won't receive messages by the system.

Open the correct conversation by clicking on a notification
Once you get a notification of a new incoming message (on the desktop app) it would be nice if you click on the notification it would open the corresponding conversation.

User rights to block access to payment methods
It would be nice to be able to block rights to watermelon users to see payments. Next to support agents there might also be people that can have rights to edit chatbot data or prompts, but not see payments and change plans.

Seperate view for customer service agents
Let support agents see all the unassigned conversations. Now only admins can see this and need to assign all conversations.

Inactive user
It would be great if you can see that a user is inactive. In the agent overview, it isn't possible to see that someone is inactive. You have to open the user to see that he or she is inactive. Maybe deleting a user would be a possibility.

Be able to set multiple opening hours
I would like to be able to set multiple opening hours per day, so I can set lunchtimes when we won't be able to answer te question. Also it would be nice to set certain dates for the future, when you know there will be no agent available

Show a pop-up in the Watermelon platform when there is a new unassigned conversation
To make it more clear that there is a new conversation that needs to be picked up, you would like to get a pop-up / clear indication that there is a conversation to be picked up. Right now the notifications get lost in the many browser notifications that are already received.
