Feature requests

I want to create users that have more rights than an agent, for instance the rights to change chatbot personality and/or create chatbots without making them admin. And a separate role for finance so that not everyone can see and change the financial part of the chatbot tenant.

The markdown feature is not supported by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. So links on these channels should be send as full links.

Create an android app for mobile usage

Feature request: The ability to disable out of office message for Whatsapp and the ability to choose which channel have an out of office message.

Create the possibility to add and remove tags from the tag list. Also the possibility to disable the existing/pre-defined tags. And the possibility to define the order in which te tags are presented in the tag list.

I make a lot of changes in the platform. In order to give feedback to my manager about the changes I write them down. I think it would be helpful to add a logbook on the platform in which you can easily review the changes you've made in the past.
