The possibility to have a picture added as trigger for handoff
When a customer sends a picture, the conversation should automatically be handed off to a human agent.

Handoff to agent based on activity
Only handoff to online agents, and handoff based on the last activity of agents. E.g. when a team has 3 employees, automatically handoff the chat to agent A when that agent was the last one to pick up a new chat. So automatically assign a chat to the person who did not respond to a chat the longest time.

Automatic handoff: Only forward when there are users available
Via Handoff you only want to be able to handoff when there are users available. If there are no users available (offline), then it should automatically not forward the conversation anymore.
