The possibility to have the AI Agent take time/day into account in answers.
E.g. if someone asks if they can still add something to their order, they can before 2:00 pm, but after 2:00 pm they can't. It would be nice to have the AI Agent know what time it is and give an answer based on that.

Create a tag manager
Create the possibility to add and remove tags from the tag list. Also the possibility to disable the existing/pre-defined tags. And the possibility to define the order in which te tags are presented in the tag list.

Open a URL in a different tab when opening it from a conversation in the Inbox
Currently, when clicking a URL in the inbox, this URL opens in the same screen. It would be better to open this URL in a new tab, so that you can easily navigate back to the conversation.
