i want an notification when an customer is waiting in the queue, so that you can instantly assign the chat to the right employee.

If there are several chat bubbles, everything jumps. That sounds irritating. Is it possible to show everything at once? And preferably leave the first message visible. So that you can read and then scroll further yourself when there is more text.

See when a visitor is typing & visibility for the visitor to see when an agent is typing.

After unassigning myself from a live chat, I want the chatbot to take over the conversation again.

In the previous conversations, we could see the amount of conversations per agent / team even if it was already picked up. We would really like to see this again!

Pop-ups after e.g. closing a conversation are visible too long. When closing many conversations, many pop-ups are visible at the same time which. Pop-ups should be visible 1 second, max. 2 seconds, or disappear when clicking somewhere else in the screen.

Please bring back the option to assign a conversation to an agent after an end-user left the chat-widget.

As soon as you get a picture sent to you by a customer, from Whatsapp. Then you only have the option to select the photo. Now you only have an option to save the photo in the web browser version. I would like to see an option where you can zoom in and out once you have clicked on the photo. This way we can get a better look at the photos that have been sent.
