Open a URL in a different tab when opening it from a conversation in the Inbox

Currently, when clicking a URL in the inbox, this URL opens in the same screen. It would be better to open this URL in a new tab, so that you can easily navigate back to the conversation.

Minimize menu items

It would be great if you could fold/unfold the menu folders (Teams/Users/Chatbots). Because we have multiple users, the menu 'Chatbots' disappears so you have to scroll down to see the chatbot menu.
