Now, when you are logged in as a Support agent, you don't see the All inbox, not the general nor the team all inbox. You cannot take over conversations from other Support Agents. It is helpful to know what other colleagues have said so you can learn from each others conversations.

I would like to propose a two factor authentication (2FA) as the only possibility to log in to the Watermelon platform

It would be nice if you can mark the checklist items as done, e.g. if you don't make a chatbot; it always remains open.
