Create a tag manager

Create the possibility to add and remove tags from the tag list. Also the possibility to disable the existing/pre-defined tags. And the possibility to define the order in which te tags are presented in the tag list.

Automatically add tags based on the context of the conversation

When someone fills out their contact details in the conversation with the AI Agent, this should be filled in at the Contact in custom fields.
