Option to embed the chat widget in a container to make it full width

You want to be able to embed the Chat widget on a page in a container to make it full with of the container, automatically open it and hide the close button. So they only see the start screen and chat.

Queue (hoeveelste wachtende)

Feature that gives feedback to the customer about the queue, so that they know how many are before them. This may give us some time to respond to all the conversations coming in and the customers know when to expect a response.

When the eyecatcher has been closed, it shouldn't open again when switching pages on the website

If someone closed the eyecatcher, and then navigates to another page at the website, the eyecatcher opens again. The eyecatcher should stay closed.
