Feature requests

When the end-user is logged into a customer/client/patient portal, we want to know who's logged in and see from who the conversation is coming. So automatically retrieve customer data.

A lot of our patients indicate they are not sure how to close the chat window. We'd like to suggest to add a little small x or - in the top right corner to help them. We've already added it to the instructions of the chatbot but still clients struggle to minimize the windows. Especially since it automatically opens they haven't pressed the little cirle in the bottom right corner so this interaction is unknown to them.

This feature would enhance the readability and presentation of the welcome messages, making them more engaging for users.

For the font in de chatbot widget we would like to see Ubuntu added https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Ubuntu/license

When you have the open widget automatically setting on and a customer minimizes the widget, the widget should not open again on a new page.

We want to automatically open the widget in the browser, but not on mobile devices.

You want to be able to embed the Chat widget on a page in a container to make it full with of the container, automatically open it and hide the close button. So they only see the start screen and chat.
