Have the AI Agent respond to documents (with documents) - e.g. translating a document
We would like to be able to add a document as input to the AI, and receive a similar file as output from the AI. In our case this would be translating the document, based on the domain knowledge in Pulse, so that it will use our professional jargon.

Automatic handoff: Only forward when there are users available
Via Handoff you only want to be able to handoff when there are users available. If there are no users available (offline), then it should automatically not forward the conversation anymore.

Possibility to have the AI Agent use the Contact details (e.g. from which WhatsApp number someone starts a chat)
When a user sends a WhatsApp message, we want to be able to see who they are chatting with based on that number and use it for verification purposes, so we can transmit (personal) information based on it.
