When ending a chat with the close button it doesnt close the chat but only the chatwindow. So when opening the same page/window you get your complete conversation back. Only CTRL SHIFT DELL wil help or opening a new incognito window (and close it after teh chat). A definitive-delete-the-chat button will do the trick.
