Being able to set notifications to be received per AI agent

We have already created 3 AI agents and are live. However, the handling of live conversations is divided among colleagues with different areas of expertise. AI agent 1 is handled by colleague X, AI agent 2 is handled by colleague Y, and AI agent 3 is handled by an entire team of colleagues (Z). However, all colleagues receive notifications of all chat conversations that come in. This is annoying and means that colleagues respond less proactively to conversations because they think it's “probably meant for the other colleague”. As a result, clients stay on hold for too long.
