Show an error message when a human agent sends a message on Facebook or Instagram that exceeds the character limit.

Now when a human agent sends a message that exceeds the limit (1.000 characters for Instagram, 2.000 for Facebook) in the Inbox it shows as sent, but it doesn't reach the end-user. It would be useful to get an error, so the human agent knows the message couldn't be sent.

How often do agents encounter this issue with message limits on Facebook and Instagram?
Would it be helpful to have a character counter visible to agents as they type their messages?
Are there any other platforms where message character limits are causing similar issues?
