Would be great if we could translate conversations in Watermelon. Especially when you need to take over a live chat, this is interesting.

How often do you encounter the need to translate conversations during live chats?
Are there specific scenarios or types of conversations where translation is most critical?

Fleur Nouwens Could it be that Elma means that if someone has had a conversation with the AI chat in another language, you can easily translate this conversation? Or that when a customer asks a question in another language and you want to take over the conversation, you can just type in your language and have it translated into the desired language with one click? That would be very useful indeed. Now, you first need to have your text translated into ChatGPT and then paste it into Watermelon.

Hi Fleur Nouwens, good of you to ask for this info! It mainly concerns French and German. This is because we have customers in these countries and have to communicate a lot in these languages. Since we do not have a good command of these languages, we are always copying and pasting into a translation machine. It would help us if these conversations could be translated into Watermelon with a button. There are no specific scenarios. It's really about all the conversations we receive in these languages.
