We want to get all conversations (both archived and not archived) via the API. Currently, the retrieving closed conversations is not possible. We want this option.

Hello Charl, the chatbot statistics are an important key performance indicator to manage our business. Can you give me an update regarding loading the archived chats?

Currently, it is not possible to get closed / archived conversations through our public API. I have updated the status from a bug report to a feature request to reflect this. Regarding the parameters, that issue has been resolved, and they are now functioning correctly. However, please note that it is not possible to access closed conversations at this time.
