That would be great! It would also be ideal if you could select the conversations separately and archive them by topic, for example.

Just to clarify: this request is specifically about the Conversation Starters shown to visitors in the chat widget, and being able to customize the color of those buttons/boxes.
What you describe sounds like a different request: being able to organize, select, or archive conversations in the inbox based on a topic.
If that’s what you mean, I’d be happy to treat that as a separate feature request so we can keep the two ideas separate.
