Only online agents visible
All agents are visible when a live chat is opened. We have 6 different accounts, but not everyone is always online/loggin in. When a website visitor opens the live chat, they do see all the names and pictures of the agents. This way, is seems like multiple people are responding to the chat, when there is only 1. We only want this 1 name to be shown from the beginning, and not only from the moment the question is being asked/answered. Every Watermelon user should be able to edit these settings themselves: show all agents or only online agents.

Is it possible that only the agents are visible in the chat? Now, for example, you see that people are online who are not at work at all.
