Feature request:

Currently the welcome message that you can set up via the Settings is exactly the same message as the eyecatcher message. An idea would be to separate these messages from each other. For example: eyecatcher message is: "Hey, click here to chat!" and welcome message is: "Click to start button below to start a conversation".
