The ability to delete more then one conversation in the conversation overview
Currently, it is only possible to delete 1 conversation at a time. The ability to delete more than one conversation at a time will help to keep a clear overview of the conversations, way easier than currently possible.

I would like to see a button for archiving multiple unassigned messages that haven't been answered by an agent.

Sometimes, our live-chat is turned off because of the low capacity of colleagues at our contact centre. In that case, unassigned chats remain in the unassigned box in the platform. After a couple of days without live-chat, a couple of hundred have been stacked. It costs a lot of time to remove them piece by piece.
