Adding one column in the exported report indicating the geographical location of the customer

Hello,
We currently receive contacts from customers from all over the world (EU, and Asia Pacific) and in the report all conversations are mixed together. As we would like to do further analysis for customers in different regions, we would like to have one extra column showing the customer's country. This would largely help us to separate the conversations and identify different issues across various regions.
