Another option: An agent that can view alle messages of all agents but can not change the pulse. Would that be possible? So agents/teams can help each other.

Feature request:
Because the administrator has all rights within the platform, it is not convenient to give this right to a supervisor / team leader, I would like to see your rights / roles adjusted to: Agent (rights are fine now)
Supervisor / team leader (gets dispatch rights over all calls and can also speak to customers)
Admin (gets application administrators rights over platform, but no supervisor / team leader rights)
