Feature request:
Because the administrator has all rights within the platform, it is not convenient to give this right to a supervisor / team leader, I would like to see your rights / roles adjusted to: Agent (rights are fine now)
Supervisor / team leader (gets dispatch rights over all calls and can also speak to customers)
Admin (gets application administrators rights over platform, but no supervisor / team leader rights)

More permissions in the platform
Multiple permissions options in the platform. You now have support and admin but would like to see more options. Such as: chatbot builder, admin (who can modify all data) etc.
