Our team has worked on and released the following updates in our software. This is what we released:

Improvements in logging in, reloading and tokens:

We've resolved an issue where you sometimes would see a white screen when trying to log in. This issue is now resolved.
We have made changes to the 'Keep me signed in' button. It will now by default be checked, which means you will remain logged in. If this checkbox is not checked, you will be logged out with each reload of the page or when you close the browser.

Chat Widget (Bug) Fixes:

Added localization for the word 'seconds' in the queue.
Addressed the issue where the white send icon should become dark when the background color is too light.
Fixed the behavior where, after sending an attachment, the type bar would deselect unexpectedly.
Fixed the problem where the queue request was not being made anymore.
Resolved the issue where the "Is typing" event didn't stop after sending a message.
Fixed the problem where a shared email address link did not work correctly.

Other improvements and fixes:

When multiple messages are sent by the same agent (human or chatbot), the timestamp will now only show at the bottom in the new Chat Widget, providing a cleaner conversation view.
Ensured that the input bar in the interactive tester is always visible on the screen.
Adjusted the order to display the active Pulse chatbot first in the list with chatbots.
Resolved the issue where other agents' conversations were visible in the user's inbox.
Resolved the logic issue causing inconsistencies in displaying mobile screens during login/signup.
Instruction categories in Pulse now load correctly on the first click.
Out of office hours statistics are being loaded now.
We removed the outdated tour from Watermelon.
