What’s new:
Smart Fields let your AI Agent automatically capture, store, and reuse customer data during conversations:
  • Default fields (name, email, phone) are filled in automatically.
  • Custom fields, such as order numbers or customer IDs are also filled in automatically. (Important to provide context)
  • Reuse stored information directly in conversations.
  • API support to enrich fields with data from CRMs, shops, or ticketing tools.
How to use it:
Go to Settings → Fields to view default fields or create custom ones. Provide clear context and examples for custom field entries to help the AI Agent capture the right information.
