You’ll now see percentage values next to office and out-of-office hours, giving you more detailed insights at a glance.
Chat widget templates:
All widget options are now selected by default, so you no longer have to manually select missing options.

The loading bar is back! This gives you clear feedback while your data is being processed.

Bug fixes:

Statistics dropdowns:
Fixed an issue where dropdowns didn’t close when clicking outside them. They now behave as expected.
Default fields table: The title now correctly displays “Default fields” instead of “custom fields”.
Conversation view:
Resolved a visual bug that caused formatting issues when reopening a closed conversation and clicking See previous conversations. Everything should now stay aligned and clean.
Response speed:
We've improved the response speed in conversations, making replies feel quicker and more natural.
Crawler links:
Fixed an issue where links didn’t open in a new tab. Clicking a link now opens it in a separate tab as expected.
Agent stuck on "is thinking…”
: Fixed a bug where the Agent got stuck showing three dots like he was thinking. The Agent is now answering again.
