Home Screen Redesign
We introduced a new Home screen, where we replaced the setup guide for the Legacy chatbot to more guidance regarding the Pulse chatbot.
Bug Fixes
  • We resolved the issue where out-of-office hours statistics were not loading properly. Users can now view their statistics accurately.
  • We fixed the bug where conversations forwarded to a team or agent in the new Chat Widget were not showing up in the 'New' section or within the team. Conversations now appear as expected, ensuring seamless communication within teams.
