We’ve launched a brand new Automated Tags feature that helps you organize conversations automatically, no manual effort required.
What’s new?
  • A tag is automatically applied once sufficient context is available, typically within the first few messages of the customer conversation.
  • A tag is a label (like Support, Returns, or Sales) that categorizes the conversation, making it easier to filter, track, and analyze later.
  • The system uses your existing customer tag library to match the most relevant topic.
  • Manual editing remains fully supported. You can add, change, or remove tags at any time.
By default, Automated Tags is turned on for all users. You can manage this setting at any time via Settings > Tags.
