New: AI Agent Activation pop up and improvements
Here are our newest releases:
New:
- AI agent activation check: When activating the AI agent, you will now see a pop-up asking if the correct channels are connected.
Improvements:
- Chat widget CSP support: We updated the chat widget’s CSS file to follow security standards (CSP rules). Note: If you placed your chat widget following the steps in our Help Center article, this update does not affect you. If you use CSP rules, please make sure your chat widget is still displayed correctly.
- Custom fields navigation: We split the Custom fields container into separate routes, making it easier to navigate between different types of custom fields: default fields via https://app.watermelon.ai/settings/fields/default, custom fields via https://app.watermelon.ai/settings/fields/custom and automate fields via https://app.watermelon.ai/settings/fields/automate.
- Conversation date: Fixed a typo where yesterday’s conversations in the Inbox showed as “Yesteday.”
Bug fixes:
- Fill in fields: Fixed an issue where fields did not always fill in automatically.
- Deactivated tags: Deactivated tags are no longer visible or applicable in the Inbox.
- Tag assignment: Tags are now correctly assigned and tagging no longer depends on the first message only.
- Agent search bar: You can now use capital letters when searching for agents.
- Chat widget formatting: Text formatting set in chat widget settings is now displayed correctly in the widget, with proper formatting (bold, italic, etc.).
- Chat widget text width: Fixed an issue where text in the chat widget stretched too wide.
- Private apps: Deleted private apps no longer show up in search or reappear in the list.
- Line breaks in messages: Messages in the chat widget now keep their line breaks when you return to the widget.
