Major Platform Overhaul
We’ve rolled out a major update to the platform. This release includes a complete overhaul under the hood to improve stability, performance, and the overall user experience. Alongside that, we’ve resolved a long list of bugs, inconsistencies, and real-time sync issues reported by users. You’ll now find the current version number in your profile menu. If your version is outdated, a prompt will appear to reload the app. This also includes a shortcut to clear your browser cache if needed.
🤝 Handoff Improvements
- Agents can now hand off conversations reliably, without skipping triggers.
- The AI Agent no longer gets stuck in the “thinking” state when a handoff trigger is used.
- The Agent now recognizes trigger variations like “I don’t want to talk to a robot” and handles them correctly.
- Triggers now support translations – for example, a Dutch trigger will also work in English. This can vary per language.
- Phrases like “Speak to an employee or person” are now picked up correctly, even when combined. Keep in mind that information in the domain knowledge is always the preferred source of information for the agent.
- The Agent now responds in the correct language and can switch mid-conversation based on user input. We did notice it might be a bit too strict, you can make adjustments to your liking in the domain knowledge.
- Handoff respects your out-of-office settings and no longer forwards messages outside of business hours.
- Conversations forwarded to a team now appear in real time across all filters.
- Picked-up conversations are now moved to the top of the list as expected.
- Duplicate conversations no longer appear when forwarding from the “New” filter.
🐞 Other Bug Fixes
- WhatsApp: Messages from both AI and human Agents are now visible in conversations.
- Facebook & Instagram: These channels are no longer dependent on each other. You can now connect and manage them separately.
- Removing failed URLs: Failed URLs in the Web Crawler can now be deleted successfully.
- Logout from Web Crawler: No longer causes errors when logging out after opening the menu.
- Pop-up rendering: The disconnection pop-up now renders correctly and removes the AI Agent from Instagram and Facebook when disconnected.
- Auto-refresh removed: The app no longer refreshes automatically, avoiding message loss. It now reconnects quietly in the background unless idle for a long time (e.g. after sleep mode).
- Forwarding counters: Message counters now update correctly when forwarding.
- Conversation filters: When a conversation is reassigned to an Agent, it now appears correctly in the “You” inbox.
- Details panel: Now opens reliably after navigating through different sections.
- Tab title language: The browser tab title stays in the correct language after a refresh.
- Pulse and Web Crawler: Both now load significantly faster.
- Account page: Submitted values persist correctly without requiring a manual refresh.
- Zapier authentication: Now works reliably using API Key.
- .docx support: You can now successfully upload .docx documents again.
- Welcome screen and waitlist: No longer reappear when navigating after a handoff.
- Misplaced messages: Fixed an issue where messages would appear on the wrong side in conversations.
- Widget after signup: Now loads correctly when a company signs up using the simple signup flow.
- New teams: Appear immediately in the Conversations view after being added.
- Team loss when reassigning: Reassigned conversations now remain visible in “You,” even after the team is removed as intended.
- Logout dropdown: Styling issue fixed – dropdown now closes properly when clicking logout.
- Session count error: You won’t be logged out anymore due to internal counter errors. You stay logged in as expected.
