Introducing User Status! 🟢🟠🔴

Exciting news! We're happy to introduce 'User Status'.

Here's what this release contains:

Now you can easily check if other agents are online, busy, or offline. Simply check the color next to the agent's image/icon to know their availability status.

When forwarding a conversation to a colleague, you'll be able to see their status indicator, making it easier to choose the right person to forward a conversation to.

You have the ability to set your own status within your Watermelon account. Simply navigate to the bottom left corner of Watermelon and indicate your availability or log out to go offline.
