Bug fixes:

Widget name update:
Fixed an issue where updating a Widget’s name didn’t reflect in the Agent Profile. The correct name is now shown consistently.
Contact deletion:
Solved a problem where it wasn’t possible to delete all contacts at once. You can now remove them in bulk without any problems.
Welcome screen after handoff:
We fixed a bug where users were shown the Welcome Screen and placed in the waitlist again after a conversation handoff and URL change. This will now behave as expected.
Message preview from Instagram/Facebook:
Resolved an issue where the wrong message preview was shown in Watermelon for messages sent from Instagram or Facebook. You’ll now see the correct content.
Delete all URLs:
Fixed an issue where the “Delete all URLs” button didn’t work properly. You can now clear all URLs in one go without errors.
Facebook video messages:
Resolved an issue where videos sent from Facebook to Watermelon displayed “Story not available” after 12 hours. These messages will now remain accessible.

Improvements:

Legacy chat widget:
We said goodbye to the legacy chat widget, which is replaced by our new Chat Widget.
